The Genesis Dream Foundation is a nonprofit organization based in Southern California. The Foundation raises awareness and funds for support of the needy and neglected children of Tijuana, Mexico. Less than 20 miles south of downtown San Diego, California, Tijuana is home to a shockingly large number of orphaned and homeless children, who are at a risk for violence and exploitation. Even those children in orphanages are underserved due to little money or resources with which to care for them.
The Foundation is named after Genesis, a little girl that we met in Tijuana. She was only 5 years old when we had first met her and was struggling with disabilities, yet she was so vivacious and full of life!
Genesis touched our hearts, and with love and hope, we dedicate this foundation to her, and all the needy children of Tijuana.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our goal is to provide resources and support to the less fortunate and orphan children by empowering them to succeed in the future by building safe facilities and improving current facilities that will be fully equipped with the necessary items to encourage transformation in their lives for a strong foundation.
